Shallots: Red Sun

Red Sun Shallots produce bulbs with white flesh and and skin that is slightly red. They have excellent flavour and they also store well.

These Shallot bulbs can be planted until late November or before temperatures are regularly lower than 3 degrees. The pack says planting from February to April, but it can also be done from September to November.
