How To Grow Zucchini From Seed: Zucchini can be started indoors from March. Using small pots or a seedling module, sow one seed (on its side) per cell/pot. When they outgrow the pot/cell, transplant to a bigger pot. Transplant outside when frost risk has passed.

Alternatively, sow directly outside from May onwards.

Start picking the courgettes when they become 10-15 centimetres in length. Frequent harvesting will keep the plant productive all the way until Autumn.
