How to Grow Rocket Sprouts

1. Evenly sprinkle the rocket seeds in a thin layer across the seed tray.
2. Gently rinse the seeds under cool water.
3. Fill the glass bowl with water until it reaches just below the underside of the seed tray.
4. Place the seed tray onto the bowl, ensuring the seeds remain above the water level.
5. Keep the bowl in a dark or dimly lit location at room temperature (20–22°C).
6. Replace the water daily to keep the sprouts fresh and healthy.
7. After 5–8 days, the sprouts should be approximately 2–5 cm tall and ready to harvest.

Harvesting & Storage

Harvest the sprouts by cutting them just above the roots. Rinse before use and enjoy fresh in salads, sandwiches, wraps, or as a garnish.

Freshly harvested sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week while retaining their flavour and nutritional value.

Tip: For the best results, avoid overcrowding the seed tray and ensure the water is changed every day.
