The Flavor of Germidour

These garlic bulbs arrived in an excellent condition- the bulbs were taken off from their panicking and carefully splitting each clove , I had the ground prepared a month ahead with good home compost and old horse stable manure -its good to have these cold days as October was rather warm - there some young shoots have appeared and look -forward to the months ahead.
