Press the seeds into the soil, and cover the seeds with a fine layer of compost, and compact it. Water the seeds and soil. Place a tray with no holes on top of the seeds and soil.
After 7 - 8 days the microgreens will start to sprout from the soil. Water them from the top and place them under a grow light, onto a window sill, or into light in a greenhouse. Water every second day by pouring water into the bottom tray with no holes, until day 14 - 21.
