Seed Origin: Netherlands
Sowing: March to June

How To Grow Sage From Seed: Using seedling modules or small pots, sow a pinch of Sage seeds in each pot and cover with 1.5cm of compost.
When the seedlings have sprouted and grown their first true leaves, separate and transplant them into bigger pots. Once the risk of frost has passed, plant them out in their place in the garden. If planted early in the season, harden your seedlings by placing them outside during the day and bringing them inside at night for 2 weeks before planting out.
Sage is a very slow growing plant when grown from seed. If sown early in the year, it is possible to take some light cuttings from it in the first year, but generally, Sage won’t be ready to harvest until the following year.
Seed count is approximate.
