How To Grow Moldovian Dragonhead From Seed: Moldavian Dragonhead can be started indoors in April. Using seedling modules or small pots, sow a pinch of seed in each cell/pot. Surface sow the seeds, meaning, press the seeds into the damp soil but do not cover them. When the seedlings establish, thin to leave only the strongest one in each cell/pot. Transplant out to the garden when frost risk has passed.

Alternatively, sow directly outside when the risk of frost has passed. Germination should take 7 to 14 days.
