How To Grow Giant Of Italy Parsley From Seed: Parsley can be grown in pots or in your herb garden. Using seedling modules or small pots, sow a pinch of seed in each cell/pot. When the seedlings establish, thin to leave only the strongest one in each cell/pot. Germination of Parsley seeds can sometimes be slow, taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Heat speeds up this process.

Transfer to your herb garden or to a large pot when the seedlings are well established, and temperatures are favourable.

Alternatively, sow directly outside in shallow drills from late April onwards.
