Description: Winter Giant Spinach is a classic winter growing variety of spinach. It produces large, dark green leaves, and it is extremely well protected against cold. Winter Giant Spinach can also be planted early in the year for a spring crop. It will bolt quickly once temperatures begin to rise at the start of summer.

How To Grow Winter Giant Spinach From Seed: Sow directly into shallow drills. Leave 30cm between each drill. Scatter the seeds evenly in the drills and cover with about 2cm of soil. Once the seedlings have established, thin them to leave 15cm between each plant. Harvest the Spinach leaves as they are needed.
