Harvesting: June to October
How To Grow Tarragon From Seed: Using seedling modules or small pots, sow a decent pinch of seed in each cell/pot. Cover the seeds lightly with soil. Germination can take between 7 and 14 days. Keep the area moist throughout germination. When the seedlings establish, thin to leave only the strongest one in each cell/pot.
Transplant out to the garden when the seedlings are 7-10cm tall and frost risk has passed.
Some sprigs may be able to be harvested in the first year of growth if the plants have enough time to develop. Be careful not to harvest too much while the plants are developing.
Seed count is approximate.
