Description: Odysseus is a very fast growing early cauliflower with great flavour. It is best sown athe the beginning of the season for a summer crop, or in late summer for an Autumn crop. It is an heirloom variety.

Seed Origin: Germany

Sowing: March to April....July to August

Harvesting: May to June....September to October.

How To Grow Odysseus Cauliflower From Seed: Start indoors from March to April. Using seedling modules or small pots, sow 1 seed in each cell/pot. The seeds should germinate within 2 weeks at room temperature. Transplant outdoors when the seedlings have established after 4 to 6 weeks. 

Alternatively, sow directly outdoors from mid April. 

Odysseus can also be sown directly outside in July to August for an Autumn harvest. Cauliflower Odysseus can be ready to harvest in as little as 10 weeks.
