15 Organic Red Pointed Pepper Seeds [approx]

Name: Pepper: Cornetto

Latin Name: Capsicum annuum

Description: Cornetto pepper is an early ripening, high-yielding variety of pepper. It produces pointed peppers that will turn from green to red when temperatures are high in the summer. The average length of pepper produced is 16cm, and the average weight of each one is 70g.

Seed Origin: Austria

Sowing: February to May

Harvesting: June to September

How To Grow Red Pointed Pepper From Seed: Peppers do best when grown in pots in a greenhouse as they require plenty of heat. Sow in small pots or seedling modules. Sow 1 seed per pot/cell. Cover lightly with compost and keep moist.

Germination is most successful at temperatures of 22°C or above. A heat mat or heated propagator may be needed to achieve this. Germination can take up to 3 weeks.

Once the seedlings have emerged and developed their first true leaves, pot them on into larger containers. Continue moving them into bigger pots as the plants grow.

After the plant flowers, the peppers will start to grow. They will turn from green to red as they ripen. They can be harvested once they are fully developed, even while still green.

Seed count is approximate.

Nice packaging. There in, anyway. Cross our fingers. I'm a novice gardener so it doesn't always go to plan! My son was reading the packets and commented they should be sewn soon. I know! I said. I received a helpful email telling me what veg would grow if I planted this month. Very much appreciated, thank you.

Great service. Fast, reliable and informative. Would recommend.
